Refund policy

Every Mercury print is designed by Lee in Málaga and printed to order for you by our print partner. Prints are unframed unless the product page says otherwise. We want you to love yours. If it isn't right, here's how we put it right.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day your print arrives. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start when the last one arrives.

Being printed to order doesn't affect this. Our prints are standard designs and sizes, so the usual right to cancel applies.

How to cancel

  1. Tell us before the 14 days are up. Email mrprintstoreinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the words "I'd like to cancel", or use the model form at the bottom of this page, or any other clear message. You don't need to give a reason.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and confirm we've received your request.
  3. Post the print back within 14 days of telling us. Please send it rolled in its original tube, or something just as sturdy, so it arrives safely.

Return postage. You pay the cost of sending the print back. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Your refund

  • We refund everything you paid for the print plus the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of hearing that you'd like to cancel.
  • We may wait until the print reaches us, or until you send us proof of postage, whichever comes first.
  • If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard delivery cost only.
  • The money goes back to your original payment method, at no cost to you.
  • Please handle the print only as much as you would in a shop. If it comes back creased, marked or damaged by handling, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. We'll always show you photos first.

Damaged, misprinted or the wrong print?

Sorry! That shouldn't happen, and it won't cost you anything to fix.

  • Email us a photo of the print, the tube or packaging, and the shipping label. Getting in touch within 30 days of delivery helps us sort it fastest with our print partner.
  • We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the damaged print back.
  • Your legal rights don't end at 30 days. If a print isn't as described or has a fault, you're covered by your legal guarantee (3 years from delivery for purchases under Spanish law, and at least 2 years anywhere in the EU). Nothing on this page affects those rights.

Lost or late parcels

Every order comes with tracking. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or your parcel is well past its estimated date, let us know. We'll chase it and reprint or refund if it's lost.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address entered at checkout was wrong, we're happy to reprint and resend it. We'll just ask you to cover the cost of the reprint and postage.

Outside the EU

We offer the same 14-day change-of-mind policy wherever you live. Return postage from outside Spain can cost more than the print, so if you're unsure about size, email us before you order and we'll help you choose.
