Description
Two men sprawl on a leather sofa in a studio lined with figure drawings, one with an arm behind his head, the other leaning back beside him in a beam of golden light.
Warm ochres and cool flesh tones give this painting a languid, artistic atmosphere.
The wall of figure drawings behind the sofa reminds us we are in a working studio, giving the scene an artistic backstory.
Perfect for: Bedrooms, studies, studios and classical gallery walls; a refined gift for lovers of life drawing and academic figure painting.
